I teach classes and workshops for all levels, from beginners to professionals.
My teaching is an extension of my own research work in improvisation and instant composition. I present to the students what interests me, encouraging them to feel free to use it in their own way. I’ve developed my teaching skills inspired by methods of teaching instant composition/improvisation, Gaga, Alexandertechnique/Somatic methods, and Butoh.
I work with exploring the space inside and outside the body, through imagination and creativity.
Description of my class:
In the class you will find yourself being gently guided and challenged into new ways of moving, listening, seeing and being. We will be playing with the texture of our flesh and the power of our imagination. You will get the pleasure of exploring your own movement language and expand your creativity.
We will practice how to be present in the moment, activate the senses and find awareness of the space inside you and around you.
